Why no change?

Because you only working with last plane of existence which is already manifested.
Being completely oblivious to the fact that it all starts in the mind.

Why no change?
Let’s go over the classic.

“Trying to lose weight”

I think pretty much all of us can related to this.
At some point in our lives, we all wanted to look better, lose weight, have bigger muscles,
a six pack, more perky butt, etc.

How we usually go about it:

We make New Years resolutions, we even make our reluctant partner
to join us (because why not do it together). Both of you sign up to a local gym,
make a radical change in our diets, design special recipes, we cut down on snacks and alcohol.

You probably thinking:
“What’s wrong with that?”

And I reply: Nothing xD

Those step are all very good, making healthy choices, choosing different, choosing better is Very good.
BUT…

At some point in the process, somewhere around 2nd month we break down.
Results don’t show up, or at least not in the pace as we would like,
eating only vegetable and fasting making you nauseous. You see your partner
secretly snacking- so you say “fuck it, one piece is not gonna hurt”

And slowly but surely we fall back into old habits, accept that:
“I’m fat pig, and I can’t change that- it is what it is”

Your ego continues the story of putting you down:
“Why am I so weak.. John and Marry still going to gym and I already gave up, what is wrong with me?”
-And you eat even more, because food provides you temporary release, a warm blanket to hurt ego.

You angrily ask me:
“Wtf you want me to do, just imagine that I am fit and beautiful?- Please don’t bother
me with this manifestation bullshit- it never works anyway”

And something in you replies:
“Your wish is my command”

And I say- to you this:
1st Make a strong commitment to NEVER, EVER, speak to yourself or about yourself
in negative way. Under any circumstance. And especially never voice it our loud!

WHY?
“This is not gonna make me lose weight? This guy is insane.” <– you say!
I’m out of here, they have those new pills, Jessica took them and lose a lot of weight,
I don’t need to believe in this woo-woo bullshit”

Well, as I said: “Everything starts in the mind”
So we are doing exactly that.
We need to build 1st- strong mental foundation.
Would you put down a fat child that is trying his/her best?
No you would not, so why you’re doing it to yourself?

I hope you getting my point.

Refer to this POST
To quickly summarize, just start small and let it snowball.
Take a pleasure and joy in the movement you doing.
Forget the result for a moment.


Find exercises that comes with ease, and do those, if you don’t feel like going
to gym for 1h session, maybe you can at least take a walk, maybe you can do 5min of something.
And without this discouraging voice that is always complaining and comparing you to others.
Is much easier and lighter to take actions, Isn’t it?

And now slowly you are on the right track.
You just do it automatically, because is pleasurable to do so.
You started in the mind, you supported it with habit and now you rolling!

And then you can slowly add some shit to this beautiful journey.
Like we discuss above, about diet and all that.
Naturally with ease you lose yourself in it- you made easy for yourself to do it.
Without even realizing you freaking on the roll, change is happening and suddenly weight is coming off. You feel different because you started thinking different.
And there you go! My beautiful brothers and sister- Is that easy, if you let yourself to be easy.


Adding visualizations

Then now if you feel like adding some visualizations/manifestation
about “future self” is the right moment to do so.
Because Egos echo’s no longer bothering you, you also see results in
physical form and you trust yourself that you can do it.

Now,
You can take this “KEY” and use to any aspect of your life.

This KEY will unlock a lot of doors for you- only if you let it.

TL;DR:
How to make lasting change:

-Commit to NEVER, EVER, speak about yourself
in negative way. Under any circumstance. And especially never voice it our loud!

-Encourage yourself like you would encourage a small child- perhaps
yourself, your own inner child.

-Find simple joy in present moment in the action that you doing.
Feel the movement, feel the muscles, immerse yourself in action, not result.

-Take this key and use in any aspect of your life.

P.S:
It’s ok that you slip sometimes, you probably thinking that I must be some perfect human.
But I am just like you. Riding ups and down of life.
When you help yourself you help others- When you help others you help yourself.
Embrace the change.
