Intuition
How to discern Intuition voice from ego voice?

You probably tried to trust your “gut” / Intuition- once or twice and you’ve had
various results. Likely hit or miss. So you assumed is bullshit.
And it better to deduct shit logically every time.
And I say YES to this, if you didn’t put any work towards developing
any skills to discern your- Intuition voice from Ego voice/mind noise.
How to discern, how to practice skill of trusting Intuition?
Let’s dive into it.
What is Intuition?
You can go and check in dictionary, but I don’t care what it says.
I can tell you what it is to me.
To me, Intuition is this quiet voice of simply ‘knowing’ in you.
This feeling (could be gut feeling), that subtle nudge, to do something or not.
Something that had been encoded in our nervous system, deep in the subconscious.
This is something that is not explained by words and logic.
And different people ‘knowing it’ differently.
Let’ talk about how you can begin the practice of getting familiar with your Intuition,
and how to tell when if is true or fake.
Then, after that we will go over potential traps and why they happen.
If we assume that Intuition is connected to subconscious, we should ask:
“How does subconscious communicate?”
Thru SYMBOLS

How do I know this?
Think of your dreams. Your dreams are never literal. They are always symbolic.
Representation of something. And each on of us has their own meaning, and
we all have collective symbolism that mean same thing to all of us.
That’s why your dream would mean something else to someone else
They have their own psyche, and there are some variations.
Since we went thru different experiences.
To John, dreaming of his mother (who was abusing him) will make entirely different meaning
,than to Scarlet who has joyful memories of her mother.
But if you’re not sure what that dream meant. Is good to start at the collective meaning.
And then see how this would match for you. And you tweak and adjust and think and suddenly
it clicks. Aaaa I get it now.
And the 1st practice revealed itself.
START JOURNALING YOUR DREAMS.

There is tons of method out there how, so we not gonna go deep into it here.
Let’s move on to the next step.
2nd Practice:
Learn collective symbolism meanings.

I bought a book called “The Book of Symbols- Reflection of Archetypal images” ,
and simply started exposing myself to it.
And no, you don’t have to study deeply 400 pages and memorize every single symbol and meaning.
(But if you want to- there is only benefit for doing so)
Simply just expose your eyes to it, calmly and quietly skim thru the book.
If something interest you, then read it. (And this nudge to read is likely your intuition- ‘it’ want you to read it for some reason- not yet clear), so then you trust it and read it.
And you keep going like this.
While it seems like you not really studying anything, you underestimating the power of your mind.
Your subconscious registers every single thing in your surrounding without you even know it.
While you “just skimming”- your subconscious remembers for you.
Another great mine of collective symbolism is…
TAROT
YES!
This carries so much stigma with it, and there is so much prejudice about tarot that many people
when hearing “TAROT” automatically put you in the box of wo-woo crazy bitch/witch type person.
But think about it. Why do you think that is? why so much stigma around tarot, huh?
Let me know in the comments.
When I 1st bought a tarot deck my wife made very worrying face, and said that I’m going crazy,
that I got brainwash and that I am a bit stupid for believing it.
I explained to her why I do it etc. and her fears started to ease. I even included her in my studies
sometimes.
DO NOT LET ANYBODY’S opinion prevent you in trying to learn yourself.
To communicate with your true self.
This is one of the challenges in Spiritual journey to overcome.
You gotta really want it, and learn to do what you MUST, even when the whole world is against you.

3rd Practice:
This one is very easy, because you can do it on daily basis without needing to buy anything.
In my case, I used to quadruple check everything (it’s ok to be sure, but sometimes we go overboard).
Constantly questioning myself about things, did I do it? And I’d check and then in next 10min I’d check again.
If you are somewhat similar, introduce a little pause before checking again.
Breath and ask yourself: “Did I do it?” And let the inner voice of your Intuition give you answer.
And just TRUST FULLY that answer.
This tiny practice will serve you ten fold.
Because you’re literally building strong path of communication- a trust between you and your higher self.
Start small and let it snowball.
One day the big decision will come and conscious mind will not know what to do, you will have this
brilliant tool at your disposal.
When Big Decision Arrives
You will do the same, pause, closer your eyes breath and allow gently for answer to show up.
And you will trust again and it will 100% be correct thing to do- even tho at 1st might look like
a disaster decision, but in bigger picture you will realize it was 100% correct move to make.
Because your Intuition reaches far far beyond, it looks at bigger picture and give you best solution.

Intuition looking at your situation as a whole-bigger picture.
And sometimes following it seems like a bad move in that moment. But as situation unfolds, you will slowly realized it was correct decision.
It’s like that story about Chinese farmer.
If you don’t know what I’m talking about just google exactly that: “Story about Chinese farmer”
That is precisely why we building with small increment- the trust.
Traps
1st trap:
When we trust the Intuition and we think that the result will be immediate, and how we think it should be, but we got exactly opposite, and we say:
“Fuck that shit, I’m so stupid, should have done differently, I will never listen to you”
But notice in that sentence, who is not happy, why unhappiness arrived?
It arrived from expectation of the ego and fighting what is.

2nd Trap
Your conscious mind will question the Intuition and find reasons not to trust it.
This one is very difficult to overcome, because it ties into the conditioning.
The programming that was imprinted in us since childhood, schooling system and work.
Because, you’ve been programmed to be able to explain your every move, why you did this,
how you arrived at this conclusion.
You couldn’t just say, “I just know it” <– that answer would be insufficient, you need a reasons, explanation.
As you can see we fighting here our basic OS -programming we
inherited as we come to his 3rd dimensional world. (or rather as we go thru it)
I honestly don’t have a clear cut answer here for ya… sorry to disappoint 😉
BUT,
I think that we simply need to find balance between both sides of our minds.
Not alienate, and always side with one.
Think about it, instead of fighting, you go perfectly merged into the world,
there is no decision you wouldn’t know answer to.
And that is the Ultimate goal here.
To incorporate both!
In this post we focused on Intuition because this is the side that been suppressed by us and alienated.
But it shouldn’t be.
Find your way back to yourself.
Take upon this journey with excitement of the child.
After all- it is very exciting isn’t it? You learning something new that is very deep and interesting.
And you can’t really lose here.
Because even tho you trusted intuition and it didn’t work out, so what? Is not like logical mind is always right.
Let me know in the comments how you “feel” intuition or even tell me stories how you
trusted it and it was spot on decision. Seriously, would love to hear it!
Cheers, Love ya all!!
