Chose wisely

Everyday you are at the crossroads and your choices in that very moment matter a lot!

Choices

Picture this:
The day before I had a heated argument with my wife.
That night before going to sleep in the shower I was thinking (my brain started support my thesis- confirmation bias at it’s finest) about all the things when she has failed to support me, or rather didn’t reacted the way I’d like her to react. And I went to sleep resenting her.

Of course- I had a dream were I was mad at her again- that she didn’t copy some documents for me, even tho she did for herself (but did not think of me) I was disappointed and angry at her in that dream.

Next morning-I woke up, I was in that negative spiral- thinking of all that happen.
Thinking of my dream & I almost gave in to that.
BUT I didn’t!
I realized that I had to chose wisely , and that NOW IS NEW. And that I don’t have to feel this way.
I can chose how I feel. That I can chose the frequency I want to embody.

I said:
“You know what?! Fuck it, I will let it go and embody love and forgiveness.
So I did just that.
She woke up after me and I could sense her bad vibe as well, I could have easily gave into this
and drown downwards in that negative spiral. But I stayed strong. I hugged her and apologized and told her that I love her and wanna be with her.
Then slowly as time was passing her mood flipped. And both of us where uplifted from this negative bullshit.

If I chose wrong and gave into the resentment, anger, and was keep holding
on to this vibe, and blame her for all this. It would turn out totally different.
So again, please, chose wisely. Recognize those crossroads in your life. Take ownership, take upon the responsibility to chose your frequency, to chose your reaction. To chose love and compassion. Even tho it’s hard to do so.

Chose wisely & withdraw

If you are in the situation where, you simply can’t do that and damage is too big.
Just withdraw. Withdraw your energy, attention from that person and situation. Protect the gates of your mind and just deny entry to the thoughts that are negative and want to feed that vessel.
SAY LOUD: BAN, DENY & REJECTED.
When you wrestle enough time with situations like this it will automatically become easier
to handle similar situations. You’re training your MENTAL. You’re building those mental muscles.
You carving new pathways in your brain to handle situations like that differently.
Soon enough it become autopilot- because you subconscious mind integrated this new programming.
And voila!
You creating new- BETTER MINDSET, new frequency, new you, and your new reality.
Remember everything starts in the mind.

TL;DR:

-Pay attention to your loops and thought patterns

-Chose the one that “brings joy” if you can’t swing to other side of polarity yet,
at least come back to 0 and withdraw your attention from unwanted feeling/emotions/people/situations.

-Cultivate this mindset, accept the challenges and welcome them.
It’s an opportunity to be better- RIGHT NOW In THIS MOMENT (That’s the only time-frame we can really control)
