How traumatic situation can be your training?

When something “traumatic” happens to us, there is multiple planes of existence we gonna
have to work thru to process it. Not get rid of it, but to
Process it.

Because even tho in physical plane such event is “finished”, there is still a lot of energetic residue on our nervous system, astral and mental plane, that is keep replaying the event over and over.

Today’s topic will nicely entangle how you can switch the mode/planes you are operating in.
In very short summary about what I mean planes of existence:

Physical = Your body, 3D world that surrounds you. Things you can touch etc.
Astral = Images, visualization that you see in your minds eye. Replays of traumatic situation.
Mental = Thinking, thoughts, voices: “Next time I will say this or do that”

Before we jump into particular example.
Let’s define “traumatic situation” just for the purpose of this post.
Obviously horrible things happen to people, and there is no need to
mentioned them here- we all can tell really traumatic events.
But for the purpose of this post, we gonna take a bit different take.

Traumatic event that happens- can be situation:

You got yell at at work or in relationship happened big fight and your nervous system
registered that as treat and it continues to linger in your body, mind and thoughts.
OFC there will be people trying to downplay it of what happened to you, but
You still feel it. Even tho it was something “insignificant” in others eyes.
Maybe it was something some said to you at random but it hurt you.
Even “jokingly” and for others it was nothing, but your mind keeps repeating that- like a loop.
It affected your mood or even sleep and it linger and lingers. Freaking exhausting!


How to process it?

I am actually going thru something right now, pretty traumatic from my POV.
Let’s take that and together work thru it- then you can take the same KEY
and apply to your situation.

I was sitting on a park bench just chilling after work, looking at the sun.
(There was a lot of red flags I kept ignoring but this is not the topic rn)
Basically the guy walk past me once and when passing second time
(as the path was narrow- that’s why when passing he was close to me)
he suddenly quickly turned around and sucker punched me for no reason with full force!
(luckly somehow my quick reflexes save my face and I was able to block his punch)


So this is the situation- pretty traumatic and it still lingers energetically in my system.
(I am writing this 1 days after the event)


How does it feel,
what is happening with my planes of existence?

My imagination is very sharp, so the main plane for me to work with is Astral.
Mind keeps repeating the event and that creates the loop for my nervous system,
body stays alert and body feels very anxious- even tho I’m sitting in my room completely
safe and sound.

Mind (Mental) is asking a lot of questions:
Why he did this? Are we ever going back to that park? He ruined our spot!
What if this keep happening, what is my wife was with me and he hit her etc etc.


Thru practicing of meditation- the easiest for me to “control”/digest is Mental.
I can observe all those thought without identification with them or voicing them out.
I sit in silence and don’t react, and they eventually pass by like a clouds on the sky.

This is the key how to handle Mental Plane & Body

Do not engage, watch, observe, be silent.
Observe your breath and body in general- be with that feeling.
Do not suppress it (it won’t work).
Feel your heart pumping, allow all of the above and just observe everything happening.

This is the low key how you signal to your body that is OK to feel this and there is no
need to fight it. You allow it to process it.

I know it’s hella difficult- I’m going thru it, in this very moment.
As mind demands answers and strategies to compute that, to rationalize it,
you’d only add more gasoline into the fire by engaging with it.

How to handle Astral (the replaying images) ?


There is a lot of tricks you can do, to help mitigating it. And this also a
great timing to practice your imagination and in general how you
handle your personal Astral space.

1st Trick

Obviously you sit or lay down comfortably as you’d when meditating.
You can even state out loud that you are safe before letting yourself see the images.

Let the Image come the way you remember it.
As you see it- FREEZE IT
And start taking away one by one:
-Colors
-Sounds
-Body sensations

Let the image go black & white. Get the to point that you see it as static picture.
And just see it getting further and further away from you
to the point that it’s just a tiny dot- even then that dot eventually disappears.
You can do this 2 or 3 more times and then just stand up and move on with you day.


IMPORTANT!
You still feel very anxious when doing it, 1st you gotta drain the image energetically.

How to Drain the Images energetically?

Let the Image come the way you remember it. As you feel anxiety about it.
Intensify it just a notch, count to 3 and then just burst out- literally jump up and
shake it off your body. You can even scream- whatever you feel like doing.
Repeat that couple more times.

I bet that even after the 1st try you will already feel much better.
2nd and 3rd time the image will be drained out of energy completely.
Repeat that for next 2-3 days if you feel like it.
Trust me, this sounds silly, but it works!


Back to Tricks

2nd Trick
If it was a person that upset you- shrink them! lol

Quite literally, use your imagination and shrink them down. It’s up to you what you do with them after.
But don’t kill it! Just grab it and throw tf away from you 😉
Because if you start messing with it too much, in a revenge way and with bad vibration,
you will start to feed it energetically again- And next time you see that person,
the bad vibe will immediately surface back up.
And we are not about revenge, we are about forgiveness and love.

Summary

Traumatic situation are hard, the can weight heavy on us for days, and we might be
not quit sure how to deal with them. But lucky now you have easy guide to follow.
Go ahead and test those methods out yourself. Adjusted them as you see fit,
to your own unique style.
Give yourself grace and be gentle with yourself.
Time here is working for your advantage. It will simply pass as everything does.


TL;DR:

-Understand difference btw Astral, Mental and Physical levels of existence.

-Traumatic situation can linger in our system and planes of existence
because they are energetically charged. Drain in!

-Do not engage, watch, observe, be silent.
Observe your breath and body in general- be with that feeling.

-Manipulate image in your eyes mind; drain them out of colors, sounds, feelings etc.
